Patient Room Renovation
This patient room renovation project was developed with a strong focus on hygiene, safety, functionality, and patient comfort, while creating a warmer and more welcoming environment than a conventional clinical space.
The interior combines clean white and soft blue-green tones to create a calm, fresh, and comfortable atmosphere. Natural wood finishes are introduced throughout the space to add warmth and soften the clinical character of the environment, resulting in a contemporary healthcare interior that feels both professional and comfortable.
The renovation covers the patient room, bathroom, and associated functional areas, including doors and frames, glazed partitions and openings, as well as the fabrication and installation of custom-built furniture. Built-in cabinetry, storage units, countertops with sinks, and patient-room furniture were designed specifically to suit the available space and operational requirements.
Furniture and interior components feature simple, practical forms with carefully selected materials suitable for healthcare environments. Particular attention was given to durability, ease of cleaning and maintenance, efficient use of space, and everyday functionality for patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals.
The bathroom was also renovated to provide a more practical and well-organized layout, incorporating sanitary fixtures, a washbasin, mirror, and shower enclosure. Materials and finishes were selected with consideration for wet-area applications, maintenance requirements, and long-term use.
Overall, the project represents a balance between healthcare functionality and warm contemporary interior design, transforming the patient room into a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment while maintaining the practical requirements essential to healthcare facilities.
